➢ Oshino Hakkai: An ancient village at the foot of Mount Fuji featuring eight pristine ponds. The water in these ponds is sourced from the melting snow and ice of Mount Fuji’s summit, naturally filtered through porous volcanic rock for over 80 years. Historically, pilgrims performed purification rituals in these crystal-clear waters before beginning their ascent of Mount Fuji.

➢ Hakone Ropeway Experience: Soaring above Hakone offers a unique vantage point, beginning with a panoramic sweep over Lake Ashi. After breakfast, the group will complete check-out procedures. A private vehicle will transfer the group to the airport to board flight VN 783 (10:00 – 13:20) returning to Ho Chi Minh City.

Tour Purchase and Payment Regulations:
- Customers must register and provide visa application documents at least 20 days prior to the departure date.
- A deposit of 50% of the total tour price/person is required. The remaining balance must be paid 07 days before the departure date (for regular tours) and 21 days before the departure date (for tours during Holidays and Tet).
- Customers whose nationality is visa-exempt or who already have a valid visa will receive a deduction of 3,000,000 VND/person.
Tour Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation immediately after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa: The cancellation fee is 100% of the total tour price.
- Cancellation from 30 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 10% of the total tour price.
- Cancellation from 16 – 29 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 30% of the total tour price.
- Cancellation from 08 – 15 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 60% of the total tour price.
- Cancellation from 04 – 07 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 90% of the total tour price.
- Cancellation from 01 – 03 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 100% of the total tour price.
- The cancellation period is calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays and Tet holidays.
- In the event of a visa refusal by the Consulate, a non-refundable fee of 80 USD per guest will apply.
- The tour schedule is subject to change by 1-2 days, depending on the visa issuance date from the Consulate of Nepal.
- Guests are advised to prepare personal medication such as treatments for headaches, stomachaches, flu, nasal allergies, and bandages.
- Guests on prescription medication must bring an adequate supply and use it as directed by their physician.
- Guests aged 70 to under 75 are required to sign a health commitment form with the company.
- Guests aged 75 and above must provide a medical certificate from a doctor confirming they are fit for international travel, sign a health commitment form, and be accompanied by a healthy relative under the age of 60. For guests over 75, a premium insurance surcharge will apply (varying by tour).
- For safety reasons, we are unable to accept bookings from guests aged 80 and above or those who are 5 months pregnant or more.
- As flights depend on the airlines, flight times may change without prior notice in certain cases.
- Depending on the actual situation, the sequence of sightseeing spots may change, but all original attractions will be ensured.
- Guests must be present at Tan Son Nhat Airport – International Terminal 3 hours prior to departure. Guests arriving after the check-in counter has closed will be charged a fee equivalent to a same-day cancellation; the company assumes no responsibility in this case.
- Guests are solely responsible for compliance with the exit and entry regulations of the host countries. If entry is refused, the travel company will not refund any costs, and the guest must bear any incurred expenses. While the company will provide all possible assistance, we are not liable for costs if the host country's immigration authorities detain a guest or refuse entry. Under these circumstances, per the regulations of local service providers, no refunds will be issued for unused services. The company is not responsible for tour cost refunds if entry is denied for personal reasons (Guests who own or represent business licenses/individual households must ensure all tax obligations are fulfilled before departing Vietnam).
- Foreign nationals must possess a valid Vietnam entry visa at the time of departure. For Foreign/Overseas Vietnamese guests, please verify if your visa is single or multiple entry. Guests requiring a re-entry visa must bring two 4x6 cm photos (white background) and their original Vietnam entry visa for immigration procedures.
- We shall not be held responsible for ensuring sightseeing spots in cases of Force Majeure: natural disasters (floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.), security incidents (terrorism, protests), or aviation issues (technical failures, security, flight rescheduling, cancellations, or delays).
- Should the above events occur, we will consider refunding the costs for missed sightseeing where possible (after deducting completed services like visa fees, etc.) and will not be liable for any additional compensation.
- Guests are requested not to leave the group throughout the tour program.
- Upon registration, please carefully review the program, tour price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policies. If a guest registers through a third party, please ensure you have been fully briefed on the program. The travel company will not be liable for any costs arising from a guest's failure to understand the registration conditions, notes, or itinerary.
