Each guest will have their InBody results analyzed to better understand their current physical condition, receive personalized advice based on their health indicators, and learn how to manage their energy during the trekking journey. The Coach will also introduce the trekking route, movement techniques, and safety guidelines to help guests prepare for the next day’s adventure.

The vehicle takes the group to the foot of the mountain. The Coach guides guests through specialized warm-up exercises to prepare the body and provides instructions on using mountain trekking support accessories such as knee braces, waist supports, and heel cushions, based on each guest’s physical condition. These aids help improve stability, reduce pressure on the joints, and support safe and effective movement.

300 m Route
With a moderate distance, this is a gentle physical assessment designed to evaluate each guest’s fitness, endurance, and ability to adapt. Under the Coach’s guidance, guests learn proper movement techniques, breathing control, and how to manage their energy effectively. The route also provides an opportunity to enjoy the natural surroundings, breathe in the fresh air, and experience the journey to the fullest.
Throughout the journey, the Coach will closely accompany the group and conduct on-site health assessments for each participant:
- Pace monitoring: Track the time required to complete each section to accurately assess endurance.
- Specialized exercises: Perform balance and stability exercises for 3 minutes at designated rest stops to reinforce proper trekking techniques.
- Health care: Provide support for minor injuries and remind guests to replenish electrolytes promptly to maintain stamina and complete each section safely.

Purchase and Payment Regulations:
- Customers are required to register and pay a deposit of 50% of the total tour price per person. The remaining balance must be paid 07 days prior to departure (for regular tours) and 21 days prior to departure (for tours during public holidays and Tet).
Tour Cancellation Conditions:
- Cancellation immediately after registration: The cancellation fee is 50% of the total tour price.
- Cancellation 04 – 07 days prior to departure: The cancellation fee is 90% of the total tour price.
- Cancellation 01 – 03 days prior to departure: The cancellation fee is 100% of the total tour price.
- The cancellation period is calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and Tet holidays.
- Prepare essential medications such as: painkillers, stomach medicine, flu medicine, adhesive bandages, nasal allergy medicine...
- For safety reasons, we do not accept guests with severe cardiovascular disease, unstable blood pressure, or pregnant women.
- Depending on the actual situation, the order of sightseeing attractions may change while still ensuring all original points of interest are visited.
- Foreign nationals must have a valid Vietnam entry visa at the time of departure. Regarding visas for Foreign/Overseas Vietnamese guests, please check if the visa is single or multiple entry.
- Guests requiring a re-entry visa must bring two 4x6 white background photos and their Vietnam entry visa during the trip for exit and entry procedures.
- We will not be responsible for ensuring sightseeing spots in cases of: Natural disasters (floods, droughts, earthquakes...), pandemics, terrorism, protests, or strikes.
- In such events, we will consider refunding the costs of unvisited attractions where possible (after deducting completed services) and will not be liable for any additional compensation.
- In the event that the group does not reach the minimum number of participants for departure, Blue Vigor Travel reserves the right to reschedule the tour to the nearest departure date. If guests cannot arrange their schedule for the next tour, we will refund the deposit/tour payment after deducting any incurred costs.
- Upon registration, please read the itinerary, price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation conditions carefully.
- If a third party registers on your behalf, please ensure you have been fully informed by them regarding the tour program.
- The Travel Company will not be liable for costs arising from the guest's failure to thoroughly understand the registration conditions, notes, inclusions, exclusions, and the tour program.
