Tour Purchase and Payment Regulations:

• Customers must register and submit the required visa application documents at least 20 days before the departure date.

• A deposit of 50% of the total tour price per person is required. The remaining balance must be paid 07 days before departure (for regular tours) and 21 days before departure (for tours during public holidays and Tet holidays).

• For customers whose nationality is visa-exempt or who already have a visa, we will deduct VND 300,000/person.

Tour Cancellation Conditions:

• Cancellation immediately after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa: The cancellation fee is 100% of the total tour price.

• Cancellation 30 days or more before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 10% of the total tour price.

• Cancellation 16–29 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 30% of the total tour price.

• Cancellation 08–15 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 60% of the total tour price.

• Cancellation 04–07 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 90% of the total tour price.

• Cancellation 01–03 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 100% of the total tour price.

• The tour cancellation period is calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and Tet holidays.

• If a customer's visa application is rejected by the Consulate, a non-refundable fee of $80 USD per person will apply.
• Tour departure dates may shift by 1–2 days depending on when the Nepal Consulate issues visas.
• Passengers are advised to bring basic medications such as pain relievers, stomach medicine, cold/flu remedies, bandages, and antihistamines.
• Passengers who require prescription medication must bring an adequate supply and follow their doctor's instructions.
• Passengers aged 70–74 are required to sign a health declaration with the company.
• Passengers aged 75 and above must provide a doctor's certificate confirming fitness to travel abroad, sign a health declaration with the company, and be accompanied by a relative under 60 years of age in good health. Additional premium travel insurance is required for passengers over 75 (cost varies by tour).
• Passengers aged 80 and above, and pregnant women 5 months or more along, will not be accepted for safety reasons.
• Flight schedules are subject to change by airlines without prior notice.
• The order of sightseeing stops may be adjusted based on actual conditions, but all destinations in the itinerary will still be fully covered.
• Passengers must arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport – International Departure Terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. Passengers who arrive after check-in has closed will be subject to a same-day cancellation fee; the company bears no responsibility in this case.
• Passengers are solely responsible for any violations of immigration and customs regulations in the destination country. If entry is denied, the company will not refund any tour costs and the passenger will bear all resulting expenses. The company commits to providing information and assistance within its capacity, but refuses any financial liability for costs incurred if a passenger is detained at the border or denied entry. In such cases, despite not wishing to do so, the company is bound by the regulations of local service providers and will not refund any amount, even for services not yet rendered. The company will not be held responsible or provide any refund if a passenger is denied entry into the destination country for personal or background-related reasons. (Passengers who are currently registered as or hold a business license / individual business household are kindly requested to fulfill all TAX obligations with the relevant state authorities before departing Vietnam.)
• Foreign nationals must hold a valid Vietnamese entry visa through the departure date. Regarding visas for foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese, please verify whether the visa allows single or multiple entries. Passengers applying for a re-entry visa must bring 2 passport-sized photos (4x6 cm, white background) and their Vietnamese visa when departing and re-entering Vietnam.
• The company will not be held responsible for ensuring access to tour destinations in the event of: natural disasters such as floods, droughts, or earthquakes; security incidents such as terrorism or protests; or aviation incidents such as technical failures, security issues, flight delays, diversions, or cancellations.
• Should any of the above occur, the company will consider refunding the cost of unvisited attractions where possible, after deducting services already rendered (e.g., visa processing fees), and accepts no liability for any additional compensation beyond this.
• Passengers are kindly requested to remain with the group at all times throughout the tour.
• Upon booking, passengers are advised to carefully read the full itinerary, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policy. If the booking is made by someone on behalf of the traveler, the traveler is responsible for obtaining all relevant details from that person. The company will not be held liable for any additional costs arising from a passenger's failure to thoroughly review the booking conditions, notes, inclusions, exclusions, and tour itinerary.
